CSR’s screening procedure is aimed at providing only the most qualified candidates to our clients. Every applicant is administered an extensive screening process designed to evaluate his or her skills, and the proficiency of those skills. The screening process consists of a written and computerized skill evaluation test aimed at determining typing speed & accuracy. In addition each applicant is evaluated on specific software, as requested by the client, for proficiency and knowledge. This enables our CSR coordinators to make an accurate applicant evaluation in order to provide your company with the most qualified person possible.


All applicants are given a professional in depth interview; they are evaluated on business attire and appearance, communication skills, presentation, personality and attitude. In addition, two reference checks are conducted, and each person undergoes “The CSR Orientation” which conveys the importance of punctuality, reliability, and work ethics, as well as our expectations and quality standards.
