Immediate Hire
After selecting the appropriate candidate, we will agree on a fee
based on a percentage of the starting annual salary. From day one,
this person will start on your payroll as a new hire for your
company. Included with this fee will be replacement guarantee.
Short-Term/Temp to Hire
After selecting the appropriate candidate. CSR will payroll the
candidate for a period up to six weeks, with a nominal conversion
fee. This trial period will allow you to evaluate the candidates
performance before making a hiring commitment.
Long-Term / Temp to Hire
After selecting the appropriate candidate, CSR will payroll the
candidate for a 90-day period, with no conversion fee at the end.
This 90-day period will allow you to evaluate the candidates
performance for a longer length of time before making a hiring
commitment.
Temporary
CSR will provide a qualified individual for periodic vacancies in
your organization for as long as you may need them. This option is
useful for one-day assignments, special projects, vacations,
maternity leave and leaves of absences.
